If you pre-ordered mSnow, we appreciate your patience while we await our first big production shipment next week. We will begin shipping pre-orders as soon as we receive the stock and will continue to ship daily until fulfilled.
We are currently producing Backyard Orange and will shift to Backyard Black after that. Due to the high demand for Orange right now, Backyard Black will not ship for 1-2 weeks from today. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
PRE-ORDER (only when listed as pre-order) means you can place your order and pay, but we cannot ship until we mold more mSnow. Pre-Orders ship in the order in which they were received.
SHIPPING INFO – When in stock, Backyard Kit orders ship every week on Tuesday Afternoon! For guaranteed Tuesday shipping, please place your order before midnight on Monday. This helps us be more efficient in the timely delivery of backyard products. The FedEx shipping time frame displayed within the checkout process is the estimated number of days your order will be in transit, starting on Tuesday. For example: If you order on a Friday and your order says 1-3 business days, you could expect to see it arrive Wednesday thru Friday of the following week – after we process and ship on Tuesday. We currently only offer FedEx Ground shipping.
